I agreed with you up until a few weeks ago. I saw a documentary on 9/11. This alone is a good enough reason to fight a war. Unfortunately, war is going to bring death to the innocent. There has never been a time in history where two countries have been able to sit down and talk out their differences without war taking place first. I am a civilian, and I may not know the full reason why Bush took us to war. I do know I have family dodging bullets in Fallujah everyday. I know I almost joined the military myself for lack of a better way to pay for college. I took the test and they had a job picked out for me and I backed out at the last minute. It could have been me over there and I know the last thing I would want to hear is people saying I have no purpose being over there. I have read stories and saw pictures of relatives whose families called them right before the second plane hit. That was the last they ever heard from them. People that were just married or fresh out of college. People who had worked hard all their lives and were ready to retire. There are a lot of people who have hatred for America and I have a feeling it is going to get worse before it gets better. I think the most important thing for us all is to remember what our country has always thrived on. United we stand divided we fall. I can understand that veterans of the Vietnam war feel cautious about going to another war but we have to remember 9/11 and we can't back down and abandoned our troops right now when they need our support the most.

This is an EMERGENCY we have gotten into in Iraq. What if every person who believes this is an emergency would turn their emergency signals on their vehicles? What a statement this would make across the country.
We MUST do something to bring our men and women home where they belong.
Thank you.

I went to war in Vietnam thinking my country would never lie to me. It did! And it is doing it again. I came broken in body and mind. Only veterans know the real cost of war. This war in Iraq is insane and illegal. George Bush should be held accountable for the deaths of every american and Iraq citizen that dies. Until these warmongers are held accountable this type of madness will continue.
Thank you

I am a vet and I support the war against terrorism and Saddam. Of course I know you won't post this on your site because it doesn't suit your needs. Just thought you'd like to know.
