  • I am not, myself, a veteran but I am the mother of a veteran (my son served in the navy right at the end of the Vietnam war) and my family history includes men (and, possibly women) who from revolutionary times on down fought for and gave their lives for this country, the one I used to be so proud of.
I have carried signs and pickets against this unjust, uncalled for, illegal war against a nation of human beings, persons just like ourselves, persons who just wanted to take care of their families, see their children grow up to be strong and healthy, people who never committed any acts of anger against us. Yes, Saddham was a cruel dictator who committed all sorts of atrocities against his own people but using that as a justification for war is simply the pot calling the kettle black. We, for years, gave Saddham money, components of weapons, viruses and poisons to make horrible weapons so we have no right to puff out our chests, slap ourselves on the back and claim ourselves to have done an honorable thing.
I have four grandchildren ages 18 to 21 who are in dire danger of being drafted to continue the despicable acts of agression and torture promoted by an administration which, in the first place, was too cowardly to, themselves, engage in fighting, which wages unholy war to enrich themselves and their coconspiritors, which has made a pariah of our country, which has caused our country, once the land of freedom and hope to become the land of the real terrorism of the whole world. I will not allow these precious grandchildren of mine to be pushed into positions of servitude to this bunch of spawn of satanic criminals, no matter what action that will take!
We must, all of us who are TRUE patriots, set ourselves to get rid of this cabal of traitors who are in the process of destroying everything that is decent and good and humane in this country.

  • For years the government has done a great job of mis-information and propaganda against anyone who would stand up for the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Which is what the militia is all about. The government tries to convince the people that the militia is racist, etc... However it is not. The militia is comprised of men, and women, from all races of life who believe in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. People who believe in freedom from oppression and tyranny. All of the boys in my family served and some still are. My dad was a Captain in the US Air Force. I think that serving your country is a great thing. That's why I am doing it now. By being in the militia I serve my country and not go over seas and serve the UN. I want to protect and defend my country and fellow countrymen right here, in my country. God Bless You All.

  • Have my doubts about what this administration has told us American's about this war. I also have my doubts about who to move into the White House in November. Bush & Kerry are both liars, I can say that because the uniform I no longer wear. Furthermore, I would have said the same thing in uniform, my commander didn't give me the rank and can't take it away. Additionally, all those that have betrayed the veterans in this Country I hope roast in hell!!
