Do You Have a Friend or Relative in the Military?
They Need GI Special!

Forward GI Special along to them, or send in their address. Whether in Iraq or stuck on a base in the USA, this is extra important for your service friend, too often cut off from access to encouraging news of growing resistance to the wars, inside the armed services and at home. Only You Can End the War

Crimes are crimes, no matter who commits them. This war, from its onset to now, has been a crime against humanity, and people of conscience must oppose it. You must oppose it. The point that must be grasped, and acted on with the courage, creativity, daring, and moral clarity of our convictions, is that this war is unjust, immoral, and illegal, regardless of who is in charge.

Chinese Naval Power Expands to Waters the U.S. Dominates

posted at www.veteranstoday.com

(Interesting article on the increasing challenge to U.S. dominance of the high seas. We do not uphold Chinese expansion - after all they are now more blatantly imperialist since the reversal of the Communist revolution after the death of Mao - we certainly do not uphold u.s. dominance or for it means oppression, destruction and death for people's around the world. We have learned there is no glory in murder, no excuse in obedience, and no future in patriotism. If we have to fight or die, let it be for the world, not the warlords. Let us find our glory in stopping the murder and destruction!--VVAWAI ed)

YALONG BAY, China — The Chinese military is seeking to project naval power well beyond the Chinese coast, from the oil ports of the Middle East to the shipping lanes of the Pacific, where the United States Navy has long reigned as the dominant force, military officials and analysts say....
