This video is from the same producers of "Peru : between the Hammer & the Anvil" (1996) which was an attack on the Peruvian revolution. None-the-less this particular video is very good and we recommend it.

The video very quickly and concisely goes through how and why the U.S. went to war in Iraq, the purpose of the current embargo, the use of depleted uranium, the impact of the "Gulf War Syndrome," the sick U.S. veterans' conditions and the health crisis in Southern Iraq. Today, almost a third of the 700,000 U.S. military personnel who served in the Gulf have filed for disability and 10,000 already have died. There are accounts from Gulf War veterans, General Norman Schwarzkopf, former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark, former UN Iraq Program Director Denis Halliday, former UNSCOM team-leader Scott Ritter and many others. Included is a large selection of archival footage, recently brought back from Iraq.
